1) What's new with the Older4me site?
A: With our10-year anniversary we have re-made our site completely. You can still enjoy all the old content but in a better definition and with many new features:
- You can now enjoy improved quality in our models area, with larger, better definition pictures, extended galleries, and improved interface system for hours of picture joy.
- You can now enjoy our members lounge movies in an improved video quality (up to 1600 kbps) with a superior streaming system, for an improved video experience.

2) What do I need to be able to watch the new site correctly?
A: For PC Users we recommend using Internet Explorer; Mozilla Firefox is also compatible. For Mac users we recomend Safari, with all the latest updates. Also you will need to have the latest flash plug-in version in your computer. You can download it free from adobe's site or by clicking here. We also reccomend having the latest Java plug-in version which you can download free here.
3) What is the difference between Members Lounge and PPV Downloads?
A: The real advantage of Members Lounge is with the one monthly membership, you will have access to our entire movie collection, hundreds and hundreds of model actions pics and older-men movies. A: First of all we have more than ten year's experience in video encoding; we not only provide video services for our network of sites but also for other adult companies. The videos are encoded at four different speeds, 56k, 400k, 800k and 1600k. High speed connection (DSL, CABLE) can enjoy the 400k and 800k and 1600 k streams. Dial up users need to choose the 56k option.

A: We update the site on the 1st day of each month, the 10th of each month and the 20th of each month.

12) What PC requirements do I need to play the movies at O4M Members Lounge?
A: PC Users: To play the movies you need to have a PC with Windows Media Player version 9 or higher and Internet Explorer browser version 7.0 or above, Mozilla Firefox is also compatible. Cookies must be enabled to view our movies. Newer PC's using XP, Vista or Windows 7 operating systems need to use the latest WM Player 11 version.

13) How do I enable cookies on my IE browser?

A: First just go to http://www.older4me.com/membersarea.php
Then, enter your Username and password.

Please be cognizant of the fact that our system is case sensitive so make sure to enter it exactly as you did when you subscribed. Once you get the welcome sign, you can play the videos, just click on one of the 4 available speed options.
15) How can I make Windows Media Player my default player?
A: You can set that up on your own, following these steps:
1. In Windows Media Player, click Tools, and then click Options.
2. On the Formats tab, under Available File Formats, click Select All to select all of the file formats listed (or you can click to select each individual check box).
3. Click Apply, and then click OK.

16) I have a MAC, can I watch the movies once I become a member?
A: Absolutely! The members lounge is totally compatible with MAC operating system. If you are a MAC user, we recommend to watch our videos using QuickTime; if you do not have Quicktime installed in your MAC, download it HERE.
If you encounter buffering issues you could try tweaking your QuickTime Preferences. Open QT and click on QuickTime Player and then QuickTime Preferences from the drop menu.
If you are using a router and are experiencing buffering and connectivity issues we suggest that you bypass your router and connect your Internet service connection directly into your computer.
Also please make sure to have the latest updates of your safari browser, and disable your default firewall. Our streaming system for MAC makes a little .QTL file usually named as "getfile" download to your MAC, you must allow that file to be downloaded in order to be able to play the movies. In the event that you still encounter any issues, please try browsing our site with Mozilla firefox. You can download the firefox version for MAC clicking HERE. Once you have Firefox installed, try playing the movies with your Quicktime.
17) I purchased a Membership and can't login to Daddytube or Cruising with my username and password, why?
To access Cruising and Daddytube you need to register again since they are different sites, however, since you have a membership at Older4me, you will get all the Premium Features in your Cruising account, and unlimited access at Daddytube.tv at no extra cost.
- To register for a Daddytube account just go to this link: http://www.daddytube.tv/signup.php and state that you are an Older4me Member in the form. You will have unlimited access as long as you keep your Older4me account.
Once you have created your Profile at Cruising, you need to link your Cruising account with your Older4me account. You must only perform this action once.
To do so, first log in to your Cruising account:

A: No. The movies once downloaded are yours to keep. The license to OWN (10 tokens) never expires. Please bear in mind that the licenses are issued only for the computer onto which you downloaded the video. If you burn a CD and try to play it on another PC it won't play unless you spend additional tokens.

15) Tell me more about Digital Rights Management (DRM) and playing the movies?
Digital Rights Management, DRM for short, basically means that you need a license to play the movies.
DRM is used only on the movies we make available for download.
Once the movies are downloaded onto your PC, double click the movie file and Windows Media Player will open. You will then see the following box appear if you have never played a DRM movie before using Windows Media Player 9. If you have Windows Media Player 10 you will not be presented with the first two windows.

The above message tells Windows Media Player to update your Digital Rights Management (DRM). Just click the "OK" button. It is a quick process taking just a couple of seconds.

A second box will appear. Click on "yes" again. This only takes a few seconds to complete.
Once these two actions are completed, you are all set to play DRM movies and will not have to repeat these two processes again. After you double click on the movie you have downloaded, you will be presented with the license acquisition screen. If you have already purchase tokens, enter the username and password you have chosen and click login. After a few seconds you will presented with another screen indicating how many tokens you need to spend in order to view the scene. Click on the spend tokens icon. After a few seconds you can click "play" and the movie will start playing. This process needs to be done ONLY ONCE . After the first time you just double click on the file and your movie will start playing.

**PLEASE NOTE** You must be connected to the internet to do the above steps and acquire your license. Repeat the process for each scene. You DO NOT have to be connected to the internet to watch your movies once you have obtained your license. Once you have done this process for each movie, you will NOT have any more prompts. The movie will play as normal each time you wish to view it again.
16) How do I download scenes at Older4me PPV?
A: We have developed a system that makes it extremely simple to start downloading your favorite scenes.
To download the scenes, click on the Download tab present on every scene or scene detail.

You will get a file download window, select SAVE to permanantly store the scene on your Hard Drive. Depending on your internet connection, the movies will take different lengths of time to download.
17) How can I make Windows Media Player my default player?

18) I have a MAC, how do I download movies?
A: If you own a Mac and want to watch our videos, please check our Members Lounge section where you can watch our entire video collection. Our PPV section is not compatible with MACS, movies can be downloaded but will not play on the MAC.
19) Can I recover my Licenses if my computer crashes?
A: Yes! To restore your licenses you need to click HERE and enter your username and password. Notice that this site works better with Internet Explorer (IE), so we recommend using IE when trying to restore your licenses.
20) I downloaded a scene and I got an error message “The file type is supported by the Player, but the file was compressed by using a codec that is not supported by the Player“. Why?
A: Most likely the file download got interrupted. Common causes for the scene downloads interruptions are: Power failures, temporary disconnect from your ISP, etc. In that case you need to download the file again, please remember that scene downloads are free, tokens are not consumed or used by downloading a video but by redeeming licenses. In the event that you already used a license and receive the error message above just delete the video file and download the scene again. You will not have to use additional tokens to view the new downloaded file since the license already resides in your PC. If you have any problems please contact us.
21) Does your site have a refund policy?
